Cash on Delivery Policy

Cash on delivery (COD) is the only payment method at Tajwar. This page explains how it works.

1. How cash on delivery works

1. Place your order on tajwar.com.pk. You do not pay anything online.
2. We confirm it. We call or WhatsApp you from +92 302 4053942 to confirm your size, address and total.
3. Pay at your door. When the courier delivers your parcel, you pay the rider the order total in cash.

2. What you pay

You pay the order total shown at checkout and in your confirmation call: the price of the dresses plus the delivery charge (Rs 300 for one dress, Rs 500 for two dresses, Rs 200 for each additional dress.). There are no other COD fees. Please have the exact amount ready, as riders may not carry change.

3. Order confirmation

To protect against fake orders, we dispatch only orders we have confirmed with you. Orders we cannot confirm within 48 hours may be cancelled. We may also ask you to confirm by replying on WhatsApp.

4. Checking your parcel

Courier companies generally do not allow parcels to be opened before payment. Before paying, check that the packaging is sealed and undamaged. If it is damaged or looks tampered with, you may refuse it. Please tell us straight away so that we can follow it up with the courier.

5. After you pay

If you change your mind, you may return the parcel unopened within 7 days of delivery. If an item is damaged, faulty or wrong, tell us within 48 hours. See our Returns & Refunds Policy. Refunds are paid by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa.

6. Refused orders

Each refused COD parcel costs us courier charges in both directions. If an order is refused without a valid reason, or confirmed and then repeatedly not received, we may decline future cash on delivery orders from the same name, mobile number or address.

7. Beware of fraud

Tajwar will never ask you to pay in advance, send money to a personal account, or share a one-time password (OTP) or bank details to "confirm" an order. Our only number is +92 302 4053942. If someone contacts you claiming to be Tajwar and asks for any of these, do not pay, and please report it to us.
