Cash on delivery only. You pay the courier rider in cash when your parcel arrives. We never ask for advance payment, card details or bank transfers for an order.

Rs 300 for one dress and Rs 500 for two dresses, plus Rs 200 for each additional dress in the same order. We deliver all over Pakistan.

We dispatch 1–3 working days after your order is confirmed. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days in Lahore, 2–5 working days to other major cities and 4–7 working days to smaller towns and remote areas.

Yes. We call or WhatsApp you from +92 302 4053942 to confirm your size, address and order total before we dispatch. If we cannot reach you within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled.

Yes, all our dresses are ready to wear in Small, Medium and Large. See the size guide for measurements.

Yes. Choose Custom size on the product page and enter your measurements in inches. We will confirm them with you on the confirmation call. Custom-size orders are stitched for you, so they cannot be returned unless there is a fault or a stitching error on our side.

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as the parcel is unopened. If you receive a damaged, faulty or wrong item, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Full details are in our returns and refunds policy.

Courier companies generally do not allow parcels to be opened before payment. You can check the outer packaging, and refuse it if it is damaged or looks tampered with.

We try to show colours accurately, but screens and lighting vary, so the shade can look slightly different in person. Embroidery is done by hand and machine, so small variations between pieces are normal.

When your parcel is dispatched, we send you the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp, so you can follow it on the courier's website. For any other update, message us on WhatsApp at +92 302 4053942 with your order number.
