Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Tajwar collects when you use tajwar.com.pk or place an order, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

tajwar.com.pk is operated by Tajwar, an online clothing store located at Chungi Amer Sidhu, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Tajwar. You can contact us about privacy at info@tajwar.com.pk or on WhatsApp at +92 302 4053942.

2. Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect the details you enter at checkout:

• your full name;
• your mobile number and, if you give one, an alternative number;
• your email address, if you choose to give it;
• your delivery address, city and nearest landmark;
• the items, sizes and any custom body measurements you order;
• any notes you add to your order.

Automatically, when you place an order we record the IP address and browser type used. We use these only to prevent fake or abusive orders. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the website and protect it from attacks.

When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we keep the messages and call notes needed to answer you and to handle your order.

We do not collect card or bank details, because we only accept cash on delivery.

3. How we use your information

• to process your order, including calling or messaging you to confirm it;
• to stitch custom-size orders to your measurements;
• to hand your parcel to a courier and deliver it;
• to send you order and delivery updates by phone, SMS or WhatsApp;
• to handle returns, refunds and customer service requests;
• to detect and prevent fraudulent, fake or repeated refused orders;
• to keep business, accounting and tax records required by law.

We will only send you promotional messages if you have asked to receive them, and you can stop them at any time by replying "STOP" or telling us.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Courier companies receive your name, mobile number, delivery address, city and the cash amount to collect, so that they can deliver your parcel.
• Service providers who run our website and order system for us, including Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, security and database). They may process data on servers outside Pakistan and may only use it to provide their service to us.
• Payment of refunds: if you ask for a refund, we use the bank account or mobile wallet details you give us only to send that refund.
• Authorities: where we are required to by law, for example in response to a lawful request under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016, or to protect our rights in a dispute or fraud case.

5. Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your shopping bag is saved in your own browser's local storage so it is still there when you come back. You can clear it at any time by emptying your bag or clearing your browser data. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the website from bots and attacks.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order records, including your name, contact details, address and order contents, for as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle any return or dispute, and meet our tax and accounting obligations under the laws of Pakistan. IP addresses recorded with orders are kept for fraud prevention for up to 12 months. Custom measurements are kept with the order so that we can deal with any fitting issue and repeat orders.

7. Security

The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Order data is stored in a database that only authorised Tajwar staff can access with a password. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your information, unless we must keep it for an open order, a dispute or a legal obligation;
• stop sending you promotional messages.

To make a request, email info@tajwar.com.pk or WhatsApp +92 302 4053942 from the mobile number used on your order. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will reply within 30 days.

9. Children

This website is intended for adults. Orders should be placed by a person aged 18 or over, or with the permission of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its effective date. Orders are governed by the version in force when they were placed.
